Yes. Every sample inside the Soul Sample Club is pre cleared and royalty free at every stage. There are no thresholds, no conditions, and no changes later if a record grows. What you use today stays cleared forever.

No. There is nothing to clear now or in the future. Independent release, label release, sync, or commercial placement. The terms never change.

Most platforms rely on recordings, third party sources, or layered licensing rules. The Soul Sample Club is built entirely from original compositions. That means full creative control, zero clearance risk, and no surprises down the line.

The focus is soul in all its forms. Gospel, slow jams, dusty grooves, live instrumentation, and emotional textures designed to be flipped, chopped, and reworked. These are not generic loops. They are compositions made with sampling in mind.

This is not a credits based platform. It is not about volume. Each pack contains around 5 original compositions, crafted by hand and delivered in their own world with artwork, context, and intention. You also get bonus packs from Looplair's library including drums, textures, and additional material. The goal is not to overwhelm you with content. It is to give you something worth using.

There will never be less than 1 pack (5 compositions) per month, plus a bonus pack. We are in the process of making these weekly drops. The focus is quality over quantity, each composition is crafted to be sample worthy, not filler.

Yes. You can use the sounds in commercial releases without restriction. Streaming platforms, physical releases, client work, sync, and advertising are all covered.

Yes. There is no distinction between independent and major label use. If a record grows or changes hands later, your usage rights remain exactly the same.

You keep the rights to anything you used and downloaded while you were a member. Access to download new material stops if you cancel, but your existing releases remain fully cleared.

Packs are archived after 90 days to keep the library fresh and reward active members. This rotation ensures that those who stay subscribed get continuous value, rather than someone paying once and accessing everything forever. Once you download a sample, it is yours to keep and use permanently, even if the pack is later archived.

The Soul Sample Club is the only place these compositions live. Some material rotates or expires over time, but anything available inside the club is exclusive to the membership while active.

At scale, overlap becomes the default. A YouTube sample can be downloaded 10,000 times in a day. On major platforms, millions of producers scroll the same sounds every month. That's how those systems are built. There are roughly 75 million music producers worldwide. Even at full capacity, Soul Sample Club exists well under 0.01% of that ecosystem. Soul Sample Club isn't built for infinite reach. It's built for a fixed number of producers who want source material before it turns into noise. That's why membership is currently capped at 5,000. Not to create hype, but to keep the work usable. If growth ever demands it, we'd segment libraries rather than broadcast the same material at mass scale. And because every composition inside the club is written and owned in-house, the royalty free promise is absolute. No grey areas. No downstream questions. Just music you can actually use.

Yes. Files download as high quality WAVs and are yours to work with. There is no watermarking, no locked formats, and no streaming only restrictions.

Both. If you are new, it removes fear around clearance and gives you confidence to release music. If you are experienced, it gives you trusted material you can use without second guessing.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

No. Every composition in the Soul Sample Club is made by humans. We do not use AI to generate, compose, or assist in creating any of our music. Every note, chord, and arrangement comes from real musicians and producers. We also explicitly prohibit the use of our samples to train AI models. This is about protecting the integrity of human-made music and ensuring our work is not used to replace human creativity.

They do not. The entire point of the Soul Sample Club is stability. What is cleared today stays cleared tomorrow, next year, and beyond.

No. This is a curated library of compositions designed for sampling, not a revolving loop pack service. The emphasis is musical depth, not quantity.
